KSK Apartments Booking Policy
Welcome to KSK Apartments. By booking or staying at any of our shortlet apartments, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure comfort, security, and a pleasant experience for all our guests.
Booking Policy
- All reservations must be made directly through kskapartment.com, Airbnb or via our verified agents.
- Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID (international passport, driver’s license, or national ID) at check-in.
- A 50% payment is required to confirm every booking unless otherwise stated.
- The balance payment must be made upon check-in before access to the apartment is granted.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by any subsequent rate changes.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Guests should inspect the apartment upon arrival and immediately report any damages or irregularities to management.
Apartment Rules
To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment, all guests must adhere to the following rules:
- No Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A deep-cleaning fee will be charged if violated.
- No Parties or Events: Parties, loud gatherings, or events are not permitted unless prior approval is obtained.
- No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM.
- Cleanliness: Guests must keep the apartment neat and tidy. Excessive dirt or mess will result in an additional cleaning charge.
- Damage to Property: Any damage, missing items, or breakages will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specifically stated in the apartment listing.
- Noise Control: Please be considerate of neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Security: Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment. KSK Apartments is not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings.
- Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities such as drug use, prostitution, or any form of criminal behavior are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Liability Disclaimer
- KSK Apartments will not be held responsible for:
- Loss or theft of guests’ personal property.
- Accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies during the stay.
- Guests are encouraged to exercise caution and consider obtaining personal travel insurance.
Breach of Policy
- Violation of any of the above policies may result in immediate eviction without refund, and the guest may be barred from future reservations with KSK Apartments.
